Unbelievably rude. As much as I try to 'buy local' and avoid the giant chain stores, I'm not going to buy from a place where I'm treated like dirt. There's zero excuse for the rudeness i encountered.
I used Gary's to buy a Chiappa Rhino 200 DS. They were fantastic from start to finish. I bought the gun by phone. I dealt with Nick, General Manager, who provided top notch customer service. It took only six days to get my gun which was quite fast since they were in SD and I am in AL. I didnt get a confirmation email when they mailed the gun but I called customer service and they provided it to me. Wurst customer service I have ever encountered when trying to buy something. This guy was rude and arrogant. Needless to say, I would not spend my hard-earned money at this establishment.

Used Gary’s for an online purchase, and was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism. All communications by phone, text and email with Tony was prompt, friendly and efficient. He even volunteered to help resolve a problem with a third party. Gary’s was the only place nationwide I found the item I wanted; they shipped it very quickly. I would enthusiastically recommend Gary’s Gun Shop for any firearm related purchase.

The staff at Gary's was very professional and courteous. As a woman shopping for her first handgun, I had a lot of questions. The guys answered all of my questions with expertise and I didn't feel intimidated or made to feel embarrassed by not knowing about guns.
