We needed Gary’s help due to a prime contractor doing a kitchen Reno having his unskilled trades replace two windows and then not take responsibility to correct the total mess. The installation should have been brick to brick to match our other window and they used retro fit and the quality of work was so bad that we decided to have the windows replaced.
