I set-up the repair call effortlessly with Christina in the office. Andrew came out, identified the problem with our older gas oven, replaced the thermocouple, adjusted gas flow to the pilot and recalibrated the ovens so the the temperature setting on the knob matched that of the box; all within an hour. Fantastic.
Had a great experience with them. Brought a commercial ventless double oven for the first time in my new store. Alyson was amazing. Step by step she guide me to make sure this was a smooth process. Ryan and Diego came in and installed my oven. They were professional and gave me a basic training on how the vent and oven works. Great customer service and knowledgeable . I will definitely use them again!

We had an emergency with our Blodgett convection oven not working on a really busy morning. We found Gary's through a web search and, although all of their techs were scheduled and busy for the day, they recognized our immediate need and found someone to come out. Within the hour. Who does that?! He came out quickly, amazingly HAD had the part in his van, and charged a quite fair price for the part, labor and emergency call, and quite literally got us running in 20 minutes.
