Terrible. He's the only guy around Jamestown, so we always give him a another chance to redeem himself. It's unfortunate. Guy never works on our bikes. He has them for 6, 7, 8 months at times. When he says they are fixed, they never are. This time he had my 2- 12 year old sons Hondas for 7 months+. We were getting frustrated with him on this of course. Then we found out that he went around telling people that we complain a lot. We finally got them back. Unfortunately he failed us again. But this time I have 2 broken hearted ... read more
