No one answers the phone. The wash has been closed since the July 4 storm and yet the $30 unlimited wash fee is still being taken out of my account. I understand things happen but there’s nothing posted, no signs explaining anything and I can’t get through to anyone to refund or cancel my membership. If nothing is done soon, I will be involving the township and my bank.
