Updating my review from 1 to 4 stars because Mike & Ron are excellent, helpful, and pleasant - and don’t deserve to be poorly reviewed due to Cathy’s inability to be professional. Mike-thank you for helping my dad out with the fuses. In August or so of 2022, my AC stopped working. I brought my car to Gary’s, and they diagnosed a bad compressor. In August or so of 2022, my AC stopped working. I brought my car to Gary’s, and they diagnosed a bad compressor. They replaced it, and $523 later, my AC still failed to work. Understandably, I was hesitant to take the car back there after that - but I did. Frankly, I like the guys that work there, I trust them, and even if it was a mistake to replace the compressor when that wasn’t the issue, I figured it was an honest mistake. Anyway, the guys figured out a bad "connector" was causing the AC problem. The mechanics go to FL ... read more

In August or so of 2022, my AC stopped working. I brought my car to Gary’s, and they diagnosed a bad compressor. They replaced it, and $523 later, my AC still failed to work. The guys figured out a bad connector was now causing the problem, but as the mechanics go to FL for the fall & winter, the repair could not be completed until they were back several months later.
