I genuinely wish I could give 0 stars on this, and I’m sure they knew this was coming- I hit a deer in late March of this year. My insurance (State Farm) told me to take my car here first, and if I didn’t like the vibe I could go elsewhere. I wish I could have seen into the future on what was to come. They were GREAT at the beginning. Good communication, constant updates, and they even offered to cover my rental if I went over the 30 days the insurance covered (plot twist, went over the 30 days). Did not have any issues at all with this place. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and respectful. They answered any and all of my questions. They got my car back to me in a very timely manner and it was clean! They have my business for sure!
Best repair shop experience I have ever had. Great communication and excellent results.
