My car looks like it was never in an accident at all! It's a 9 year old Nissan Rogue that got side swiped..you'd never tell now. They did an amazing job detailing it and cleaning it up as well, I almost wasn't sure it was my car! So awesome.
I want to give a huge thank you to Caliber for the awesome work and customer service they provide. I had a tree fall on my vehicle. I dropped it off just over a week ago and they kept me updated daily. Thank you for your great service and work. You have our business forever.
Neglected to clean interior of all sanding residue, failed to replace windshield per work order, and failed to fix a warranty issue.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, unless you really don't care how the work they do looks. The first time my vehicle was there this year, it was at their shop for a month, got it back parts had been broken and glued on (which ended up blowing off while on the interstate almost hitting the vehicle behind me), paint work had some form of contaminants under it causing it to have several raised spots and was wavy, one of the windshield wiper arms wasn't properly bolted down and locked in the upward position while it was... read more
