I DO NOT LIKE THIS BERNINA DEALER. HE IS NOT HONEST . HE TOLD ME MY 830 COULD NOT BE FIXED. I DIDN'T FEEL GOOD ABOUT THAT. tOOK IT TO TWIN FALLS SEWING CTR. , 2 1/2 HOURS AWAY AND HE FIXED IT. THEY HAD TOLD ME IT COULDN'T BE FIXED AND WOULD HAVE TO BE SENT TO CHICAGO AND IT WOULD COST OVER $1200. I THINK HE JUST WANTED TO SELL ME A NEW MACHINE. i WILL NOT GO BACK THERE.
