RUDE!!! RUDE!!! Took my car to get a diagnostic check. Called to pick it up. No discussion of what was done, what was checked, or what could be wrong with my car. I called and asked what was done, he asked what the name was under, put me on hold, then came back and said, “ma’am that vehicle was picked up”.. I said I know, we just got home with it and I would like to know what was done and what’s wrong with it.
