rang to make a booking for a pink slip friday at 11am was told i was booked in for 9am tomorrow to find out they aren't even open on saturdays, good job lady who answered the phone, isn't it your job to know when your shop is open

Quality work, good pricing
Terrible customer service when issues were raised. Blue slip completed, went to RTA only to find not all details were there, I've gone back to garys only to be told ill have to wait over 1 ½hrs as he is in the middle of other inspections. I said that's not acceptable, he got defensive and said "what am I supposed to push other customers away for you" I said I made my booking, I paid my fees and I expected the entire job to be completed.... why am I the one taking the hit.
