Quality work, good pricing
Terrible customer service when issues were raised. Blue slip completed, went to RTA only to find not all details were there, I've gone back to garys only to be told ill have to wait over 1 ½hrs as he is in the middle of other inspections. I said that's not acceptable, he got defensive and said "what am I supposed to push other customers away for you" I said I made my booking, I paid my fees and I expected the entire job to be completed.... why am I the one taking the hit.
Always great to deal with
Avoid at all costs 3 times ive had repairs and broken down weeks later and after calling them you get told not there problem even after 3 other mechanics said repairs werent done properly.
