We've always dealt with Gary but right now we have 3 Silverado trucks and a Tahoe. They wouldn't take my Tahoe in on trade for a red Silverado they were selling so I'm selling it on my own. Gary doesn't want my body shop business either. I ordered the rockers, cab corners and wheel arches for all three plus they need front fenders also...but they all need some rust repair on the frames. I never got around to it because life got in the way. I struck a deer last October. And when Gerber said it would be after January before my car would get fixed, Gary got me in ASAP, had a loaner for me to use and fixed my little red fusion right up. He did great work! He helped me walk through this process as I have never made a claim since I was in high school which my father helped me with that. And overall…. Couldn’t be happier. Wow! Gary is a bright spot in this industry. He gave us an estimated time frame to have the repairs done and stuck to it. He communicated clearly with us each step of the way as insurance attempted to not cover certain items. He actually fought for us to get everything covered and done THE RIGHT WAY! Very pleasant and friendly. After several problems with our vehicles lately & working with several shops and insurance, I would choose Gary a million times over. How many years does it take Gary's to fix a truck? I don't know. He has had our truck 6 years! It needs a frame. He can't find one, but we did. Gary could have gotten the correct frame IF he would have returned our call within 24 hours. But he doesn't ever return calls AND he is never there!
Gary's does great work. My truck looks like new again!
