I am disappointed with the body shop. They never return calls and never update you on the status of what is going on. Unless I walk into the shop and ask questions I would never know what is going on. There is also the fact on my paperwork my phone number is correct that I have. The paperwork they have in their computer and file has the wrong phone number. I’ve had to have it corrected 3 times! I signed paper work that said my car would be done in 5 days which didn’t happen.
