Absolutely the worst service department around, the service advisor could care less about the customer and just has a if you don't like it oh well. My wife's car was in there for 2 weeks and we were paying rental and they didn't get in any hurry to fix it. She started calling on Wednesday at 10 AM to find out if it would be ready in the afternoon and she texted the advisor at 3:45 to no response, so she went there at 4:30 to find out he leaves at 4,but the car was ready. I have bought numerous vehicles from them but no more.... read more
Took my car up to gary yeomans because it was having issues starting. The refused to run any diagnostics or do anything and instead just kept my car and attempted starting once a day. I finally took my car back after 3 days of them doing nothing and got it diagnosed at a Sam's club in under 5 minutes. This is just one of my many terrible experiences with gary yeomans and I recommend taking your car anywhere else if possible. I hear the dealership in palm coast is better and will be trying them in the future.

My experience with the service department at Gary Yeomans Ford left a lot to be desired. I brought my vehicle in on Thursday, June 19th due to engine concerns. I was told I'd receive a call by the end of the day Friday with an update. That call never came. When I followed up around 4:30 p.m. Friday, I was told, “What do you expect? Wow I’ve been a Loyal Customer since 2004, thru my company and family we’ve purchased over 15 vehicles from your Ford Dealership..
