My experience with the service department at Gary Yeomans Ford left a lot to be desired. I brought my vehicle in on Thursday, June 19th due to engine concerns. I was told I'd receive a call by the end of the day Friday with an update. That call never came. When I followed up around 4:30 p.m. Friday, I was told, “What do you expect? Bought a car only have had it for 2 and a half years needs a whole new transmission dealer warranty wolnt cover it because I don't have recites. Car was due for transmission service 4200 miles after driving it and coming up with a solution is impossible now I don't have a car to drive and dealer isn't working with me .there lifetime warranty is a joke .. keep your reciets for oil and any service you get done .
Horrible horrible service center!!! Take our truck in for an oil change, they claim it also needed a new axel seal. Pick it up Saturday night Sunday morning wake up to find over half the coolant in our truck pulled in our drive away with a constant leak. They are closed Sunday so we could not reach anyone. Have called Monday and Tuesday but no answer and can’t get anyone on the phone as well our “service manger” Tommy Cheung. We work before they open and get out after they close.
