Charlotte was my service writer when I came in with a spare tire that needed to be installed under my truck. She was quick to identify if I needed to replace or install new parts to get this done. After getting a parts list - she questioned if it was necessary or if one of her highest skilled technicians could take a look. Problem solved!! I was out of there with my spare securely mounted in place for under $60!! I'm so happy she got a second opinion!! Good job Ford service! Charlotte and the technician make a great team!!
