I don’t know if I’m a woman or…. My service provider gave me 3 quotes each time they were higher. I end up paying $754.98 for a partial tune up but…. For office supplies he charged 59.60 so I called Gainesville Ford to ask questions. I called him and he stated he was just calling me to tell me he over charged 10.00. If they feel like they can screw you then…… THEY WILL DO EXACTLY THAT !! I asked to speak to a manager and he told me the manager was not there. I recently dropped off my 2017 F250 for electric problems and the service department just told me they don't want to fix this 2017 truck It's a new truck I'm willing to pay ? No thank you I wouldn't recommend this service department because obviously they are more worried about selling cars and extended warranties instead of helping local customers Gary yeomans ford service manager thank you for nothing very disappointing when you own a Ford truck then the local dealer refuses to work on the truck
