The only positive thing about the visit was that they kept my appointment time. So tired of the "we need to change the air filter" up sell! Tired of the "you need to go to the full service side" for diagnostic" when my truck only has 50,000 miles on it - hometown hero took care of my truck without the ripoff that would have happened - new spark plugs and zero issues. Too bad you can't trust a dealership to be honest.
