Great palliative care, even in emergency room setting where he is seeing so many patients an hour.
Transition of care program is a big joke! My wife spent 8 days in CCU then two in a regular room. Dr told us she needed 4-6 weeks antibiotics so they put in a pick line. After discharge, transition care told us to contact medics to get antibiotics the next morning. Also they setup homehealth. Next morning we attempted to get antibiotics and the prescription was no longer valid because she had been discharged. Wow wow!!!!!! How you can be safe as a patient makes me fear for my safety !!!!! Their mandates for all of their healthcare workers to be vaccinated with an emergency use vaccine that is NOT FDA APPROVED . I supposed to believe that an entire Hospital full of people who don’t believe in medical freedom and informed consent is going to provide me ethical care? and then respect my wishes.....!!!!!!! I would never recommend this Hospital run from here.

I had a horrible experience in L&D that landed me in their ER for another procedure when my baby was 4 days old. 3 needles in my spine in 4 days and they refused to even give me a simple sorry. They have treated me horrible as I tried to stand up for myself. Everyone of my concerns about my experience has been disregarded and ignored. Please find another hospital if you are looking for L&D. They don’t care about their patients experience.
I had chosen these people to be my primary I quickly realized it was a mistake. They sent me a notification for a 9:00 a.m. appointment. I show up at 8:45 to be told that they changed my appointment to 8:30 without my knowledge and would not be seen. Very rude staff, they were promptly fired. Don't waste your time.
My mother was taken to Presbyterian hospital in dallas tx this am. Dr Neff was great. However we were left in the ER rm for 3 Hrs waiting for a rm to be cleaned. Ask Nurse Shanica when is my mother going to be taken to her rm. The nurse commit was they said they are cleaning it. I said it doesn't take 3 hrs to cleaning a rm. NURSE SHANICA said very rudely "Oh yes it does." Next time I will take my mother to Baylor Hospital.
Dr. Gocke is exactly what you wish for in a primary care physician. She takes her time to listen and go over all health concerns and never rushes you through the appointment. She is very thorough, has a fun sense of humor. Her bedside manner could not be any better. As my husband and I have talked, she reminds us both of your small town doctor who knows your entire family and truly cares. We have referred a number of friends to her and they feel the same way. Great physician overall. We highly, highly recommend Dr. Gocke!
Office staff will keep you waiting for over an hour with redundant paperwork without explanation. They do not enforce COVID safety guidelines. There are better run offices out there.
