We recently had a tough experience with a contractor who did not want to fix errors. It reminded me of Gary Williams doing our roof three years ago. The whole job was well done--but what impressed us was how they corrected an honest mistake. Over lunch one day, rain came that was not in the forecast. Great customer service and quality
These guys are awesome
We replaced our bay window with a picture window from Gary Williams. The sales team was really great. Unfortunately, we did have an issue with our window leaking after installation. However, Gary Williams and his team absolutely made it right. They went above and beyond to correct the mistake and we are very appreciative.
