- Workers urinated and defecated into our backyard… rather than asking to use our toilet - Damaged property and refused to pay - Destroyed the backyard and never cleaned up - Promised to deliver pool by a month, didn’t finish until 6-7 months after promised - Kept forgetting to order things in - Poor communication, aggressive demeanour and no accountability - Promises that they don’t work on other pools whilst they do yours which is not true! Do not recommend. This was an awful experience

We are so pleased with the whole process of getting our pool installed by Shane and his team. From the start we have had nothing but positive experiences - he answered all our questions, completed site visits, kept us updated before install and same throughout installation and handover. Highly recommend contacting Shane if you are considering a pool.
