Gary has been working with us on a new construction that has an indoor pool. Gary has been wonderful and stepped up to meet with our Builder Triple E Homes. They worked together to get plans hashed out to make things during construction go smoothly. Gary has spent a lot of extra time on this project to make sure this is done correctly. Gary Thull Pools is an outstanding business. I came to them looking for a hot tub quickly. They are friendly, a pleasure to work with, and knowledgeable across the board from initial call, to showing me everything in stock in the showroom and answering all my questions, to the guys coming out and doing the installation, to sitting down and teaching me about water testing and treatment. They clearly value long-term customer happiness and I highly recommend them.
