Dr. Raflo applied tattoo eyeliner on my lower eyelids. There was a much thicker line on one side so I went back to have a touch up. It seems there was no ink applied with touch up procedure as there were still blank spaces and a thinner line on one eye. Tried to get it right with a second touch up (they do not want to fix it) and had to pay more. Still no ink applied. Cannot tell until it heals... Looked okay when it was swollen and red during the procedure. No result or resolution. No concern if I received what I paid for..... read more

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I didn't mind that they scheduled all of my procedures for the same day. Normally that might have bothered me, but all of my procedures were very simple, and could be done at the same time. I didn't experience a single complication after my surgery. I had a very short recovery period too.
