Wow, I just found out that Gary Smith Honda had a lemon 🍋 and unloaded it on Navarre Auto. Guess who bought it, right me. Now I’ve got Engine issues and I’m the but of the jokes at the service departmentcat Gary Smith Honda, on who got stuck with lemon! I went in service manager’s office and literally had to walk out in shame realizing I was the dummy who bought a truck now needing a new transmission! Wonder if Terry Smith reads these reviews.
They always booked full. On 1/22 rare snow day: I called the day before, left msg; called the appt day again & left msg again: No One Ever Call Me Back following days…
Went there today for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I had a 1 pm appointment and got there a little early. Finally got my car finished in 2 hours 15 minutes. Not going back for service. Probably try Pensacola.
Outstanding customer service, great choices, and the Honda reputation led me to this dealership, and I am happy to say that Gary Smith Honda delivered on my first visit. I was blessed to find a great used vehicle from their inventory. I am also a previous Honda owner, even though my selection was not a Honda this time around. Nevertheless, I'm a happy camper. They are very personable, which is very important to me. ;D
