We purchased a used 2017 F150 and opted out of the extra warranty because we felt comfortable with all the information we were given by our sales agent, Jared Hall. We were told how ALL vehicles don't leave their lot without being serviced and have new or almost new tires. And I have our FB messaging conversations stating all of this. Worst experience in my life with buying a vehicle..Bought a 2018 f150 with only 48k miles on it and in just 4 days it went into limp mode and had to tow it back to them at my expense after dropping 42k on the truck. I get a call after a few days and they said it was ready and i go to pick it up and the motor cover was slung into the back bed of my truck!!!
