I left this appointment feeling completely dismissed, belittled, and unsupported. I came in seeking answers and guidance for my POTS, hoping to have a productive discussion about my symptoms, possible subtypes, and treatment options. Dr. Shifrin is a great doctor! He listens and explains everything to you without rushing. Can not say enough about the doctor and great locations.
Shocked by his attitude. I’m a young, quiet 24 yr old who was upset and just trying to find out what was wrong with me. Just an awful experience, doctor and personality. Sarcastic and rude. Never experienced someone like him in my entire life.

I had a Doppler test with Rick on 5/24 who was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. This is beautiful new office and easy find with garage and street parking.
