I called a week ago to make an appointment for my annual physical and was told that the earliest date is not until mid-April. I have never in all the years I have been a patient of Dr. Raizes had to wait that long. I am not happy at all and, in fact, appalled by the delay.
Waited a month for an appointment. Arrived on time at 10am and waited an hour. Finally I left. They said he was running behind. No apologies. No nothing.
Great friendly staff. Dr Raizes good bedside manners and takes the time to listen to what you have to say. You don't feel rushed.
