I'm giving 1 star because zero isn't an option. I sent them a new marlin 1894 to convert to their Big Horn Hunter 429 GNR. What I got back was a lever action that required slamming your knuckles against the lever to open. It wouldn't feed a round from the magazine. The buttstock was broken at the rear of the receiver. I'm originally from Flagstaff but live out of state now. I come home n visit family at least once a year. I always try to stop into Reeders gun shop when in town. Last visit I purchased an aluminum frame for my Vaquero. I was having difficulties getting it to work properly. Gary looked at it, grabbed a screwdriver and fixed my mistake in 5 mins, cheerfully and without charge, (for my mistake, mind you). Thank you Gary.
