I have to give Kudos to the department for the smooth transition from beginning to end regarding the installation of the handicap parking signs placed in front of my Mom's house. We have been having parking issues for years, and as my parents got older, their health had gotten worse. Poor management. Customer service is worst. Staff lacks people skills and apparently there to only collect a pacheck. Hopefully with new mayor's reign in January there will be drastic changes for the better. The citizens of Gary deserve better! Current administration should be ashamed of themselves!
