All of the staff at Krates Eye Center are amazing. Dr Krates is a very kind & understanding man. He makes you feel like you are a family member. My husband had both eyes done by Dr. Krates & he couldn't be happier. He has worn glasses all his life and now he is free of them. Dr. Krates is a gentle soul who is a expert in his field. I know my time is coming soon and there is no other doctor that I would want to do my eyes. FORGET THE REST, GO WITH THE BEST.......DR. KRATES IS IT!!!!!
great bedside manner and terrific follow up care!
I had a 10:45 appt. but didn't get in until after 12. Received no apologies. The nurse told me there where a lot of difficult patients, all elderly. I at 58 was there youngest. Since my insurance didn't pay for the office visit. They charged the full $150. They wouldn't even negociate a lower rate. Even my dentist will compromise a lower rate. What's wrong with this place?
