******** pool company to work with. Built our pool out of compliance with county standards and refuse to make good on it. My pool is leaking, none of the final issues have been addressed. Spent a lot of money to be very disappoint. Buy beware.
Buyer beware We've had a Gary pool for many years, they were a meticulous and upstanding company. Since getting on in years we decided to get their pool maintenance. They also replaced our sand filter and pump. In doing so our pool light no longer worked.the pool maintenance turned out to be fly by night. We find out that the people got fired . I personally contacted this customer to see to it that all of their issues had been resolved. Gary Pools works to provide quality service in all that we do, and we back up our work with a 90-day warranty. Unfortunately the customer's light did work while we were on the jobsite, but failed shortly after, so we are returning free of charge to identify the point of failure that did not present itself during our site visit. We will then make the repairs necessary to restore the light to proper, working order.
Stay far away from Gary Pools! Yes, the Gary Pools on ****** in ***********! If you mention bad reviews they will say its probably the other Gary Pools! At first everyone is so kind until you sign the contract! They are all great at being so helpful until you have issues with the pool build! Please please dont be fooled by them! We had so many issues with the pool construction during and after! I let them know we have cracks in the concrete and I was laughed at! We still have cracks in the pool! We are well past 14 months of working with Gary Pools with no end in sight. **** laid out our pool on Dec 23, 2020. Then, nothing for 5 months. They finally started moving in May 2021. We waited and watched patiently after experience delay after delay. Then, came the terrible workmanship. The electric is wrong and now we have an electric box sticking up in the air for no reason. After being sold on an abundance of crews, strongest pools, and competitive pricing we went with Gary Pools out the gate. We were motivated by how quickly they came to layout our pool and demolish our pond: all inside a week! That's where it all went downhill. They took another 2 weeks to file for permits, then brushed off a start date until I pushed and pushed. Only to be told they wouldn't begin excavation for another 2 weeks.
