I called at 3 on a Friday and was told “they’re not a very big company”. Not sure what prompted that voluntary admission…but then I was told they might not be able to make it that day. I told them it was okay because it wasn’t an emergency. They asked me to text them my name and address, and they would contact me Monday if not by the end of the day. It’s not Monday at 10 PM, and I’ll be calling a different plumber tomorrow to come take care of the issue. Maybe the person meant they’re not very good at organization / calling ... read more
