Zanthea Zanas is kind, warm, and very trustworthy. I had to move out of my previous residence and had a lot of concerns to start living in my new property with my family. We had a list of concerns, but Zanthea worked on them and resolved them. And even when it was difficult to resolve quickly, she made us feel comfortable and resolved the issues in the end. We haven't met in person yet, but my family are all Zanthea fans.
Zanthea is an amazing property manager. She worked relentlessly on re-letting my property for me and did a fantastic job, chasing every lead to ensure we can have the very best tenants. She has always been available when I needed to speak to her about the property and has provided good advice

Initially we had Samantha signing us up to rent our property then Xanthia took over. My wife and I were very impressed by the service we received from the initial listing, to the open inspection and subsequently renting the property less than two weeks after the property was advertised. Xanthia has been very proactive and always keeping us up to date. Her communication with us has been excellent so far.
Dealing with Zanthea moving into our new place. Extremely fast, she’s accessible and no issue whatsoever. Anything we needed wasn’t an issue. Can highly highly recommend.
