Me and my daughters been coming here for a couple years now and was disappointed with our last date of service. I came on June 9th early for a cleaning for my two daughters, no other patient was there during entire stay. Their cleaning went by pretty fast but afterwards the doctor didn’t want to follow up after procedure after waiting on 45 min. I found that to be very odd. My appointment was for 1 o’clock. Got there at like 12:50 and still sat in the waiting room for like an hour before they even called my daughter back and then sat in the room in the back for another like 45 minutes to an hour waiting on the dentist to come in to even talk to us. They finally numbed her mouth around 2:15 or 2:30 but didn’t come back in to actually pull the tooth until 4 o’clock . I had the BEST experience with Paula at my dental cleaning today! I haven’t gone for a cleaning in over 2 years because my past experiences were always so painful, and I was honestly nervous walking in. But Paula completely changed that for me. She was so gentle, patient, and caring throughout the entire appointment. I would NEVER recommend anyone who just had a baby go get any work done by them , I experienced the most TERRIBLE pain an made 4 trips back to the dentist within 2 weeks and I’m still experiencing pain and they do NOT prescribe Tylenol or anything that’ll actually help with pain. WORST dentist I’ve EVER been to. Do not go to them if you have dental trauma or if you need any pain relievers to heal.
