Dr. Gary Ott explicitly assured me that all of my lab work would be sent to Labcorp. Instead, my specimens were routed to NxGen without my knowledge or consent, resulting in astronomical, unexpected out-of-pocket bills. On top of that, the office failed to disclose that they were out-of-network with my insurance, leaving me with another shockingly high bill that I was never warned about.
