I am writing from my experience- I needed to wait a few weeks… a month and half to be exact…in order to write this review being fair! Buying a home of course will be stressful and many unexpected things come up. I’m well aware!! However, my experience was horrible! I was originally put with Susanne Reed…whom I later found passed me to Gary Neus. Gary was so great! He made sure I understood everything every step of the way. He was always quick to get back to me if I had a question or needed anything. He really made the home buying process a little less stressful.

I reached out to this guy, hoping he could help us get financed. Man, was I wrong. He took over a week. Didn’t return my calls. Texted him and he kept saying he was “busy” with other clients. Than why even run my credit? He never even gave me a correct price on how much I qualified for. He said he would let me know and never called me back. I talked to him maybe 4 times on the phone and he never gave me a qualification. All he said was he has too much going on at the moment. I wouldn’t recommend him at all.
