My experience with Crosscountry Mortgage was excellent. Gary Nues was my agent, I worked with him close to a year before finding the house that fit our family. Gary was always quick to respond and went above and beyond to be sure we had all the information we needed prior to placing an offer on a property.
Gary is very responsive and communicative until you close on your property. As soon as you close the to get the loan, he doesn’t respond to emails or phone calls. Quite frustrating and disappointing. Only been with the company for a year and they switched their platform management 3x already to make payments.I do not recommend
