Went for a consultation and waited 2+ hours over appointment time, as they said they had dental emergencies (gave them the benefit of the doubt). On my appointment day for the extraction waited another 2+ hours over appointment time with more excuses. If you care about your time do not go there because the doctor obviously doesn't care about your time as they schedule more people they realistically can see.
SLOW would be an improvement to the speed they work here, appointment at 9am and 4 hours later they finally decide it's time to move. Waste of time here, over booked appointments and not enough staff to do anything other than lie about timing. Avoid recommendations to this place and referrals.
Excellent customer service. My husband had a stubborn molar extracted. We felt welcomed and cared for by Dr. Schwarz. Staff was also so attentive and caring. Even after hours! Cynthia went out of her way to make sure I received the help my husband needed. Amber (I think that was her name - Surgeon's Assistant) assisted my husband and I AFTER hours to make sure our problem was solved. This type of kindness was so refreshing to see. Thank you! I certainly would recommend this doctor to anyone needing an Oral Surgeon!
