Ahmed and Rick were exceptionally great to deal. RIck did a phenomenal job with explaining all the vehicles. Highly recommend them two. Dylan was a different story. Extremely ignorant to my wife's purchase and extremely pushy. He starred her down and we had to fight to get our second fob. Seriously this dylan manager should never be employed in a public place. Wish I could give 0 stars. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, THEY WILL ONLY DEAL WITH YOU VERBALLY AND TAKE DEPOSIT FROM YOU STATING IT AS “DOWN PAYMENT”. THEY WILL MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ZERO PAPER TRAIL AND WILL GIVE YOU FAKE PROMISES AND THEN DENY ANY PROMISES ONCE YOU MOVE FORWARD WITH THE DEAL. 10 MOST STRESSFUL DAYS OF MY LIFE AND A LOSS OF $2000. WORST PEOPLE I’VE DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE.
Easily the worst dealership I have been to and one of the worst experiences I have ever have. Took my older relative there to buy a used car a few months ago and the amount of deceit , lies and scamming was astonishing. They weren’t clear on prices, they aggressively pushed for me or my relative to sign a “contract” and out down a deposit for a used car!
