Purchased new to me vehicle. Gave me good trade in value on old vehicle. The sales girl, Kira, very knowledgeable on vehicle was able to answer all questions and very helpful with personal settings with me and car.
If you want a good price for your Hyundai vehicle do not get an evaluation here, go get it at Ford. Got $3000 more than what the sales manager here offered me at Ford, he basically looked at how much I owe on the vehicle and matched that. Not good business. Also couldn't give me a good answer as to why I'm getting more for a Hyundai at Ford and not the other way around.
The people at this dealership had my new car in there for its free oil change and whoever was under there pulled the transmission plug out and drained that oil instead. That’s a no brainer move first of all. They had it all finished and when we picked our car up my wife notice that the passenger side mirror was broken off. They looked at the cameras and the manager said he didn’t see anything on the camera. He then said he would contact Nissan, where it went to deal with the transmission screw up. I wasn’t expecting a good experience buying a used car but I have been so impressed with everyone at Gary Moe. I feel like I got a fair price on my car and the process was smooth and painless. Jaden and Kerwin have been fantastic and have gone above and beyond in taking care of everything for me. Really pleased with this dealership.
Do not buy Hyundai. I had the engine replaced due to the knocking at 130 km covered by warranty. New engine is now consuming oil at 120 km and it's not covered by warranty. When I took it to them to see what was wrong they put it on the hoist to see if it was leaking - it's not and they told me they have no idea what's wrong with it. Took it to somewhere else and got a compression test done and it's the pistons.
