My Wife’s car broke down last week and on Friday July 25 at 7:10 am I called and a lady answered and said we don’t open until 7:30am but if someone is calling this early it must be urgent and picked up the phone. By 10:30am they had a tow truck out to Brownfield and picked up the car and even took my wife, now that’s service, when they arrived at Gary Moe in Stettler they already had a car ready for my wife. I purchased a used 2024 Buick from Gary Moe Stettler about 6 weeks ago. We were dealing with their sales consultant Brett. He was aware we were travelling to pick up the vehicle and I asked him disclose all areas of damage in advance. Unfortunately, he was deceitful in his disclosure of damages to the vehicle, which was a disappointing surprise when we arrived. The service department can be good, and has some good people. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the sales and management team. They do no stand behind their claims and as a matter of fact will misrepresent the facts in their favour and to the detriment of potential customers. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them. To close my review...Eric Moe stepped up and delivered an appropriate resolution to what was a difficult situation, and that is worth noting.
