Horrible experience. Sold my husband a 40+k truck that broke down within the first week we had it. We were out of town, pulling a camper with our kids for Spring Break. Said they couldn't fix it without charging us $2600. Oh and they sold him an extended warranty that he couldn't use for the first 30 days but should cover everything. Scheduled a service appointment for Monday at 8am and the service department said it would be do e by end of business day but now we are going on 2 days and now we have to order parts so maybe t... read more
