I saw Dr Livingston five weeks ago - he was very nice and spent a lot of time with me. I went home with an At-Home Sleep Study kit and completed it a month ago. Two weeks ago I called to inquire as to the results and left a message. I never received a return call. I called today and was told they’d leave a message for the doctor’s assistant and I’d get a call back at their convenience. I had an appointment with Dr. Gary Livingston and have been waiting for months for the appointment. Because of their unprofessional staff. I was on my way to my appointment and because I was given a wrong address for the clinic, i was no way going to make it on time. Staff in the phone was very rude. I ended up rescheduling. Staff have all my information with them. Insurance and everything. I have Aetna choice plus II. Dr. Livingston has been my ENT for many years. He has helped me with several complex issues. His diagnostic skills are excellent. My only hope is he that he doesn’t retire!
