I had an appointment with Dr. Gary Livingston and have been waiting for months for the appointment. Because of their unprofessional staff. I was on my way to my appointment and because I was given a wrong address for the clinic, i was no way going to make it on time. Staff in the phone was very rude. I ended up rescheduling. Dr. Livingston has been my ENT for many years. He has helped me with several complex issues. His diagnostic skills are excellent. My only hope is he that he doesn’t retire!
I submitted a request for an appointment online a month ago. It was for my mother who wanted ear wax removal. I got a recommendation from someone who highly spoke of Dr. Livingston. It has been a month since, and nobody has tried to contact me or my mom. Once you submit a request, the website says someone will call to confirm and then you get in.
