I had the ultimate pleasure of meeting Gary Lawrence this past w/e. He was patient, professional&talked kindly(called him silly) to my pup Pludo 🐶. He responded early the day of the Super Bowl to fix my hot water heater as I woke to only cold water- He responded even in the freezing rain :):) Will recommend Gary going forward as my MVP, well Jalen did show up! 🦅 🏈💚
