The key to my Subaru frequently wouldn't come out of the ignition when I turned off the car. I took it to Liberty Subaru in Libertyville (where I purchased it in 2016) and they could not find the problem. Their service advisor said they couldn't get a computer code reading to tell them the problem. So...as my warranty was about to run out, I drove out to Gary Lang to see if they could help. I had set up an appointment to drive a 2020 Subaru Legacy at Gary Lang Subaru. I drove 2+ hours to get there last Tuesday evening. I had originally called their toll free number from my work over my lunch but when I called back to set up the showing, I gave Cora my cell phone number, too, and emphasized wanting to know the actual car I wanted to drive and mostly likely buy that evening would be there.
