Have had several visits here and the staff is always friendly and attentive. Dr. Vines is also friendly and always makes me feel at easy. He is very thorough and explains things well. I recommend them. 🙂

We always get the best of care from Dr Vines and those who work for him. I’ve had a few emergency situations and they always take me right away. The exams are thorough and Dr Vines is both personable and professional. The ladies who work with the frames are very attentive and helpful and when I had a problem with frames they call me back immediately and take care of the problem quickly.

Not impressed at all with the optical staff. My son’s glasses have been on order for over a month. We were told two different stories as to why they were delayed. They still can’t give us a time as to when they will be ready. I just picked up my new glasses and they are not correct. I took them back and tried to explain that the frame is not comfortable and the bifocals are too high. I was basically told told I am stuck with them.
