Everyone i saw was really nice and directed me where i needed to go well. I didnt have to wait very long at all, and my doctor even popped in to apologize for my wait and introduce himself and assure me he'd be back in just a few minutes. I feel like id been waiting like 30 seconds at that point so i didnt mind at all. I saw dr busian, and before i went in i looked him up and saw the not so flattering review here and became terrified. I had just moved to MN and I had my first experience at the Alex clinic. I saw Dr. Busian for a medication refill. He was somewhat cold and demeaning. Horrible bed side manner. Would not recommend seeing him if possible. The other staff I encountered were pleasant and nice. I will try again for another doc next time.
