This guy is a s@#\$bag. I met him in court, and hired him to negotiate a plea deal. I already had a deal with the prosecutor for no jail time. That was established at my prelim before he was hired. All he had to do was work out the rest of the details. After continuing the case for six months, all the while telling me he was in contact with the prosecutor and working it out, we went to court.
