The doctor is great. The staff is absolutely the lowest. The doctor told me if my child was sick to call and make an appointment. I did and was told that he could not be seen until January. What is the point? The admin was snarky. We will absolutely be going elsewhere.
We had a great experience with Dr. Kohn and his office! We were seen quickly and Dr. Kohn was thorough and explained things to me. He reassured me, answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed. His office staff was extremely helpful when we had difficulty getting the prescribed medication. I had a problem after hours and Dr. Kohn called me and never made me feel like I was bothering him and he even had his office follow up with me the next morning.
They are the most unprofessional group of Drs I have ever dealt with. Don't bother because they don't listen to you and will only answer your questions if you make an appt or use their portal....even when they keep giving you wrong info
