Very stressed with heart palpitations, lump in neck
Treated at El Camino LG - she was wishy washy with her determination from x-rays for a butt injury. When I pressed her for a clearer response she said "I'm going to end it here." She started to show me gentle exercises to stretch the buttocks, but I pressed her about doing those now since I am in such bad pain from walking. The fall I had was recent. Was not interested in attending to emergency at night.
I do not recommend this doctor. I felt like the doctor didn't listen to me. One of the nurses was very rude and aggressive. Worst experience ever.
In addition to Dr. Dormody's knowledge and expertise in his field, he is also one of the most caring and empathetic people on planet earth. Fortunately, my care from him is for an iron deficiency and not cancer, yet he gives me the same care and concern he would give to his most ill patients. I believe that he is not just one of the best, he is the best.
Save your life!Go to another ER! My dad had intermittent shortness of breath with troponin levels of 0.08. Dr Pike was not concerned, diagnosed,& planned to discharge him off of limited test results prior to ever seeing him.His troponin level was elevated well beyond the threshold which required further cardiac tests, none of which were done. I did want to be happy with an oncologist. There have been a few too many negatives however. Dr. Dormady does run late with no apology. I think when a doctor is not on time someone should check in with you as well. He seems smart but a little full of himself. The staff all seem afraid of him. I wonder if his patients feel bullied as well? I don't know. The whole office including the top tier seems to gossip which is unprofessional.
