I moved into a new construction by Kerns Homebuilders back in March and could not have had a better experience through the entire process. Their entire team was very friendly, knowledgable, helpful and communicative through every step along the way. They delivered on their promises and ultimately fulfilled the hopes we had for a high quality home and a seamless buildout. ZERO complaints.
Due to many job relocations through the years, we have had 10 new houses built in 7 different states. Kerns Homebuilders was by far the best experience we have had in constructing a new home.
