Through e-mails, he was able to quote me for a unit that was specific to my needs that could be ordered, not pushing an in-stock unit that was not quite right. The quote was incredible, and it included all fees/taxes, a true bottom line quote (except registration which is pro-rated in this state, so it will not be known until the day of delivery).
