I recently moved to the area and needed a reliable mechanic. I decided to try out Gary Jackson . I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and knowledge displayed by the staff. I knew that I would be needing some work done in the future and received a detailed cost for the project. I have compared the cost with other services and they are in line. I will be working with them in the future.
Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Gary Jackson Motors, from the time I came in with my car the professional handling of diagnostics of the problem to working on my vehicle amazed me . They gave me a loaner car while mine was being worked on. Even Raul’s singing was entertaining. If you are in central Massachusetts I highly recommend them .
I bought my SUV at Gary Jackson Motors in February of this year and just brought it to their service center in Oxford for its first routine maintenance. The process was seamless, their communication via text was timely and clear, and they had everything completed the same date that I dropped my car off, a bit ahead of schedule.
Excellent and very quick service..had an oil change and some work done under the hood, professional service and very friendly. Not to mention a fully stocked waiting room.. thank you! I’ve recently had more repairs done and am very appreciative to these folks at Gary Jackson auto in Oxford.. love their service !!
