The kind of Property Manager every tenant hopes for! I had Alisha as my Property Manager throughout my tenancy and overall had a really positive experience with her. I just finished with Garry J Smith after quite a few years because we will no longer be leasing our property. The best acolade I can give is that (1) most of the time I almost forgot I had a rental property at all - they just took care of things and (2) when I did need anything done, it was always done efficiently.
